Good questions
How long does a project take?
A Spark project usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. A full identity takes 6 to 10 weeks depending on scope and how quickly we can get feedback.
Do you work with small businesses?
Absolutely. Most of our favourite clients started out as a founder with a kitchen-table idea. Our Spark package is built for exactly that.
What do you need from me to start?
A short chat, any existing materials and a rough budget. We will send a proposal with timings and a fixed price before anything begins.
Do I own the work?
Yes. Once the final invoice is paid, all rights to the final artwork transfer to you. Custom typefaces come with an unlimited licence.
Can you print and produce things too?
We manage print, packaging production and merch with a trusted network of local suppliers, so you deal with one team from idea to doorstep.
